Sounds serious. Which means the police actually had an arrest warrant to search his premises. Or did they? Well I pray he gets out of this fracas soon and unscathed. Good luck Mr. Tobin.

Owner of Tobinco Pharmaceuticals charged with obstructing Police duty
Good evening you all. Just heard that Mr. Emmanuel Tobin, the CEO of tobinco pharmaceuticals ltd has been officially charged with obstructing police officers from performing their lawful duty. This was because workers of tobinco had, earlier in the week, prevented the security operatives from locking up their spintex branch premises. According to the report on ghanaweb, director of communications of the company, Peter Tobin, confirmed that his boss has indeed been ordered to report at the
Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) later in the day, with his
pharmacist for further investigations, after being detained for a while at the Nima Police Station.
Sounds serious. Which means the police actually had an arrest warrant to search his premises. Or did they? Well I pray he gets out of this fracas soon and unscathed. Good luck Mr. Tobin.
